Kathy R. Hallford, EA  (Owner)

I am a Graduate of Draughon’s School of Business in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a Certificate in Career Accounting.    I am an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (IRS EA)*, June 2007.    I am an active member of the National Association of Tax Professionals, (NATP)  National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) with membership in the Alabama Society of Enrolled Agents (ALSEA) and the National Society of Tax Professionals. (NSTP) I am currently serving my seventh year on the Alabama Chapter NATP Board of Directors, having served as the Alabama Chapter’s  Board of Directors  Secretary and  Education Director (5 years) and I am currently serving as the 2016 AL Chapter President.

I opened my own practice in Gilbertown, AL in October  2001 and have been a tax practitioner since 1995. I regularly attend continuing education classes sponsored by the IRS, NATP, NAEA and  Auburn University.  I am also NATP Certified teacher teaching tax classes to other professionals during the off-season.  My specially is providing tax related services for small businesses.
